If the head is completely stripped and there's no way you can unscrew it, there are two things I know of that you can do. One, you can take a drill with a bit roughly the same size as the head and drill away the head. Or you can take a cutting wheel to the side of it and cut the screw in two pieces (only works on screws bordering the gun).
